The draft 10-year Newcastle Community Strategic Plan is now on exhibition until Monday 17 January 2011.
Following extensive consultation as part of the Newcastle 2030 project, we have collated your input into the draft Newcastle Community Strategic Plan. The draft document outlines our long-term community vision and plan for Newcastle including:
- our shared community vision for a Smart, Liveable and Sustainable city
- seven strategic directions for Newcastle
- 22 objectives to be achieved over the next 10 years; and
- proposed strategies and partnerships to assist us in moving towards our future goals for the city.
Newcastle 2030 has been an ongoing discussion for the city over the past 18 months. Continue your involvement by giving us your feedback on the draft Plan. Please take time to read the draft 10-year Newcastle Community Strategic Plan, make a written submission and join the discussions below.
